#201 - 29th October 2024 - Just play

Tonight, we have had a reunion.

The last time we made music together in this trio was about six years ago.

Back then, we carried the name Konvolut and were making prog rock that was slowly moving into a more electronic sound.

It did not work out. The interests were too different, torn between Toska and Floating Points.

A few years later, a couple kilos heavier and certainly not wiser, we just met to have a good night at the studio, play a few jams, eat a noodle, listen to music, make plans - not for the trio though.

In good old tradition, we have had a few moments and did not record anything. Part of the magic is the evanescence of the moment, I guess.

But Benjamin got Gurki‘s buy in to play drums on the infamous stoner rock EP. That is gonna be fun.
