Inspired by Vessels, I spent the last hour tinkering around a five over four beat.

I'm looking for instrumental and ambient material that could be played in a set and in which my drummer can go wild. He's all in for odd metres and playing the long progressing and evolving stuff.

Running bass and pads from a backing track and adding live guitar could also be an option. After all, I'm still more fluent with the guitar than with keys, so this could make for a better show.
