#127 - 16th August 2024 - Post stream stuff

No not in the sense that the streaming era is over with people leaving their caves, preparing for ultimate absolution, to be living in a world of angels and unicorns in which content makes room for appreciation and... no, none of that. In fact, I prepared content today.

I mixed one of the two tracks that Benjamin filmed yesterday. Unfortunately, there is a lot of overspill from the acoustic drum kit on the vocal mix. That's a bit stupid, but I tried my best to still make the mix work. Here it is. Also a song, never before heard & unreleased.

Also, the OBS screen and audio recording got uploaded to YouTube. It sounds a bit flat (not entirely sure why?!) and the backing tracks are too loud. Learning opportunities, I guess. But it worked. I already said it yesterday, but streaming from our cave is not to be taken for granted.

Quick metric check from YouTube adds. It's day #4 of paying 10EUR per day with the aim of getting more subscriber to the channel.
